Preparation

Pour the content of the big bag into a bowl.
Pour 130ml of water and 10ml of extra virgin olive oil. (Measure the water and oil accurately with the measuring cup included in the package).
Mix well with a fork and make small balls (falafel).
Coat the balls (falafel) with the breadcrumbs in the second bag.
COOKING METHOD: Fry in oil for 5 minutes at 170°C or bake at 160°C for 10 minutes.
