Preparation

Pour the content of the bag into a bowl.
Pour 120ml of water and 30ml of extra virgin olive oil. (Measure the water and oil accurately with the measuring cup included in the package).
Mix well with a fork and make a smooth firm dough.
Grease a baking sheet with a few drops of extra virgin olive oil.
Put the dough on the sheet.
Place another baking sheet on the dough.
Flatten the dough with a rolling pin, as thin as possible.
Remove the upper baking paper.
Cut the dough into squares with the dough cutter.
Bake at 190°C for 25 minutes.
